The thought of turning up to something new was quite daunting- I wasn't very fit when I first started at Burton Salmon Fitcamp and I had concerns that I wasn't going to be able to do or complete any of the exercises.

Everyone was really friendly and the trainers were encouraging and inspiring. I have always struggled sticking to exercise because the support just wasn't there. At Burton salmon Fitcamp the sessions are challenging, fun and leave you with a sense of achievement, camaraderie and a smile on your face.

My goal was to find some new motivation. I was bored with the gym and needed to be pushed a bit harder, to be challenged. I have achieved my goals and more. My life has changed and I feel good about myself. The sessions are tough but fun. There is a friendly environment and the trainers are focused 100%. I would definitely recommend this to others.

I have been training with Jane for a year and a half, during that time she has helped me lose over two stone. I was overweight with low self esteem, didn’t want to do much and certainly didn’t have the energy to do it anyway!

With her help, guidance, exercise and support I have lost the weight and kept it off. The exercises were fun, easy to follow and certainly got my heart racing! I know feel so much better, my joints don’t ache, I do more with my children as I have a lot more energy. And I feel a million times better about myself.
