Breakfast...Tomato and mushroom omelette made with 2 eggs and served with 1 slice of wholegrain toast ( No Butter)
Lunch... 1 cod fillet baked with lemon slices and served with a side of steamed broccoli and roasted peppers.
Dinner...Stir-fry made with 100g cooked prawns, 50g mange tout, 25g baby sweetcorn, 1/2 red pepper, 1 deseeded green chilli, 1 clove garlic, 1/2 teaspoon ginger, 2 tablespoons soya sauce, served on 50 g brown rice.
