WEll it's day 3 of sharing breakfast, lunch and dinner ideas. I hope that you are enjoying some of the choices so far.
Breakfast...Blueberry smoothie made with a cup of frozen berries, 1 mango and orange juice.
Lunch...Chicken faijtas made with 1 sliced grilled chicken breast, 1 tablespoon guacamole and 1/2 sliced red pepper, served in a wholmeal tortilla.
Dinner...2 fishcakes made with a can of salmon, 1 small steamed sweet potato and 1 spring onion, shaped into patties and dipped in beaten egg. Fry in 1 teaspoon of coconut oil and serve with steamed cabbage and 4 asparagus spears.
